How to solve this Algebraic integral with limits

Hi I need to solve this. is it possible to this without MATLAB ? If not how can it be done using MATLAB. actually i am new to MATLAB. assumptions can be made wherever required. r is only variable/positive and not equal to -1/4 thanks

You should use a numerical solver for this integral. Use "integral".
