Hey, I'm new at matlab and I don't understand how do I put the input "error" value. I need to put a vector and get output of vector. how can I do that?

This is not clear to me.
What are you trying to achieve? Please post a minimum working example illustrating your problem.

first, define a variable and then put integers.

I guess you are talking about the Simulink model in Matlab. There is a 'PID' block in Simulink library. I have attached a simple closed-loop system with PID controller. You can change the gains Kp, Ki and Kd by double clicking the PID block. I have made the settings for the Scope to save the output in a variable 'Output' in the workspace.
I think you need to read more about closed-loop systems. Following links will help you understanding basics.

Good luck!
