Use a USB Sensor in Simulink

Hi, I have a sensor that is working via a USB cable, the company provided MATLAB support in order to connect the hardware with MATLAB. But I would like to get data from the sensor to work with Simulink model in real time. I tried to use MATLAB function block, however, an error happens because the serial connection between the sensor and MATLAB is not established.
