real time plot

i want to plot a matrix in real time (the values in the matrix increases one by one)

out=fread(s);
plot(out);

i tried the following code but im able to plot only after the out matrix is completed, can any one help me

looping the whole system and using pause on; pause (1) may delay time by 1sec while reading data... may help...
