find out in workspace selected variables

Hi，

A very stupid question, it is possible using a function to findout which variables in current workspace are selected? I mean those which are highlighted after clicking on them.

whos

I'm not sure what you mean by "selected" variables are present in the workspace if they have been declared and have values.
