How to plot motion analysis graphs using matlab?

We've been given three different functions, three different kinds of motion but have never been shown how to plot there graphs using matlab/simulink. We have to plot Unit Step Base Movement: y(t)=1, Harmonic Motion: y=0.7sin(wt) both with two different frequencies. How do we go about this?

To plot periodic sine waves and harmonics, you may use "sin" function. The following documentation has more details:
