How can I use Matlab™ Optimization Toolbox™/Global Optimization Toolbox™ After download Matlab program?

You need to have these toolboxes installed along with Matlab with proper licenses and then you can start with of those examples .

If you are using a version of MATLAB from the last few years, then you can use the Add-On Explorer to add any toolbox that you are licensed to use. The examples will be installed as part of the toolbox.

When you go through the installation process, you can choose this. If you bought the license separately, then you need to contact Mathworks I guess.
