serial port not showing on typing 'z=zynq'

I have connected my zc702 board via JTAG, USB, and ethernet. When I run the command 'z=zynq' on the command window I get the following result :
IP address: '169.254.1.10' Username: 'root'
I should be getting the com port details too. Why cant I see it? I think I am getting problems because of that in further steps
