Installation error MATLAB R2017a.

I am getting exec error 22 while running the setup.exe file. I am writing down the complete error: exec error 22 attempting to run < complete path of setup.exe >

I do not have any anti virus installed on system and no file is supposed to be missing, can someone please suggest solution to this problem.
