How to modify axe X in histogram of my DICOM image?

Dear all,

I have this histogram of my CT DICOM image:

and I would like to change axe x for better visualization. Because in this way I couldn´t recognize correctly, where peaks are.

Can you advise me? Thank you for your answers.
