Why serial port not showing ?

I have connected my zynq zc702 via ethernet, jtag and usb. but when I run the command z=zynq on my command window I get the following result IP address: '169.254.1.10' Username: 'root' Why am i not getting the serial port? Is my matlab not able to connect to the board via serial port? My usb driver is properly installed for the board.
