i need to make make auto recloser control circuit with matlab simulink 7.1

hi, imake reseach for master degree. i used the power system simulink i matlab 7.1 i supposed to make simulation to the 11 kv distribution network . i stopped at auto recloser model

 i had the over current relay model, but i need to make changes to convert it to auto recloser model.
 i need counter to count the number of  auto recloser trips , also i need timer with different time output 
ilooked for that functions , but i dont know which timer i should used .
also i didnot find the suitable counter
