Plotting from a mat file

I need to plot some data which is contained within the mat file Podaci.mat that is attached. The file contains 7 structures,each one is a different type of measurement. Structures are 6332x25(5). Now i need to plot all of those 6332 data(for all 7 structures,data in their fifth column),where on the y-axis there will be those data and on the x-axis dates,from 1991 to 2008. Can anybody help me?

just like this but for all sets?

Is this correct? Because if i do this my graph looks weird(pic1). It should not be like that,the peaks of the graph should be easily distinguished like pic2 for example.
