how can i add a pier as a beam element at support point?

Hello,
I am modeling a concrete bridge. I have modeled the beam and i want to add the Piers and Springs at the support points and then want to apply the boundary conditions. My code is in 2D and i have supports at 1st,19th,43rd,67th & 85th DOF. I am attaching a conceptual picture of what i explained here. And if any code is need i will upload the code too.
