Code to read LAS File Version 2 without using LASREAD() command

I have a version 2 .LAS file. I trying to make a MATLAB code to read all the data in the .LAS file (apart from Lasread() command). I am trying to plot the graphs between the values under the 'Depth' heading with the data under the other headings. The heading are not at fixed row and column in each of .LAS files.
I am posting a sample data of my file, I have many such .LAS files.
I would really appreciate any help in the same regard.
