Finding maximum and its index of the row that contains the max value in a cell array in matlab

hie. i have had the cell matrix attached to this post. what i want is to find the maximum value in each odd column(i mean in columns 1, 3,5,and so on), and then to return to me, the maximum value of that column in addition to the corresponding row from the even column next to it. for example, if we consider the first two columns, the maximum value of the first one is 10, and the corresponding row from the second column is 5, i want a code that returns this 10 and that 5 to me for example in two different cells, and to do this for all the columns of this cell matrix. i have tried the usual max function and even the cellfun for max. none of them does what i want. can any body help please?
