Standard -concurrent server location

Our license number is xxxxx (Standard-concurrent license). Till now, we had the license server locally at our location in Ingolstadt (Germany). Now, we will transfer the license server to a server in UK. Usage of this licenses will be restricted to Ingolstadt. Is this allowed?
