connect mobile matlab to a generated app using simulink

I wonder If I can connect Matlab App with an app I created using simulink support package for android devices! If I could get readings from the sensor in the matlab app or If I can connect the app I created with any application on my mobile

1. Are you trying to communicate between MATLAB Mobile app, and Simulink generated app?

2. Are you trying to communicate between Simulink generated app and another app downloaded from Play Store?

Hi I am trying to communicate between MATLAB Mobile app, and Simulink generated app. I need to transfer the orientation sensor readings from the matlab app to the simulink generated app.
