How to use struct?

I have excel data. I need to use struct command to upload my data and save it using save command. How I may use struct with my excel table?

The question does not make sense. What has a structure got to do with an excel file (which is inherently tabular, not structured)?

Rather than using terms you don't seem to know the meaning of, why don't you tell us the ultimate goal and starting point and let us figure out how to get there.

Hi Guillaume, thanks for concerning to my question again. My real task is creating .mat catalog. I have excel data,script and explanation in word file. If we fallow to the script and explanation, we are able to upload excel data to script and it ctreates .mat catalog which is excel data in it.

I hope I am a bit clear. Please ask if anything unclear :)
