Data Normalization before using nftool?

I have 2 questions: if I am going to run (nftool Gui) should I normalize manually my data first and then data should be entered or there is an automatic procedure for the nftool to do normalizing? my second question is when I have written a script to run nftool without using GUIand toolbox and I have used fitnet function and mapminmax aswell. DO I still need to normalize the data manually or mapminmax is enough? Thanks a lot for any advice.
