Fail to generate binary out put for arduino uno

hi,,,, I'm using Matlab 2016 on window 10, I'm not able to run even Bank led circuit on Arduino UNO through simlink. This error code pop up when I click on deploy to hardware or run on external hardware
=== Build (Elapsed: 19 sec) ===
### Starting build procedure for model: arduinomega2560_gettingstarted
Error: gmake: arduinomega2560_gettingstarted.mk: No such file or directory
gmake: *** No rule to make target `arduinomega2560_gettingstarted.mk'. Stop.
### Build procedure for model: 'arduinomega2560_gettingstarted' aborted due to an error.
Error: Error(s) encountered while building "arduinomega2560_gettingstarted":
### Failed to generate all binary outputs.
I'm using basic Light blink circuit for Arduino UNO that Matlab provide ( i already change the configure parameter) I'm also installing on my lappy and desktop and repeat the same process but it shows same error on both the device.

This is probably not super relevant but you mention "Arduino Uno" while your code shows "Arduino Mega 2560": could it be that you try deploying to the wrong hardware?
