MATLAB Command for finding Expected Value

for finding the co-variance matrix of a matrix containing 12 columns suppose[x1x2,x3---x12], i need to find the individual co-variances, which i am finding by Expectation formula given bellow:

is there any MATLAB command to find right hand side? any command for Expectation?
