Multiple objects tracking algorithm

Hello. I need to solve the following problem: suppose i have a sequence of images, with detected traffic signs (i have bounding boxes around signs). Traffic signs can be occluded by cars, trees and so on. The problem is to link each physical sign with it's detections on each frame. Can you give me the link please to the appropriate matlab code, which can help to solve this problem.
