Model Variable Resistance in Simscape

Hi! Is it possible to model a variable resistor in simscape electronics? that is based on the sensed current the resistor should alter its value to produce a constant voltage

this is for simulation of an LDO regulator

Simscape has a Variable Resistor where the resistance can be changed while simulating the circuit.
