Interfacing MATLAB with BTbee (bluetooth)

I like to send data from matlab to arduino via bluetooth. For that purpose, I bought btbee(bluetooth module).
When I power on btbee, two COM ports are available to communication, one to send data and other to recieve data.
How can I establish connection between MATLAB and arduino?
