Image enhancement via Evolutionary Algorithm

Dear Friends, I tried to apply An evolutionary algorithms such that Genetic algorithm, PSO and so on for image enhancement (edge preserving) my target to increase the number of edge, summation of the intensity and entropy in the output image. finally I got good result but the output image not smoothly (find it in the attachment) please can you advice me to do any procedure to get the results smoothly.
