How to fit a linear regression line in MATLAB after imposing a condition?

I want to fit a linear regression line in MATLAB and find X-axis cutting point value when at least two points upper in the 0 water level and at least two points lower in the 0 water level. I can fit linear regression line in MATLAB but I can’t impose the above condition. How to impose the above condition in MATLAB? Please anybody help me. I have attached my problem herewith.
