simscape and simpower sysystem

I want to connect inverter output to variable resistor.Two blocks are in simpowersystem and simscape respectivy. how to connect? please help me...

It isn't clear from the question what exactly you mean, but in case you want to use blocks from these two domains in the same model, please note that Simpowersystems (SPS) and SimScape(SS) are different domains and blocks from these domains cannot be connected with those in other domains directly. Information exchange can be done by using converter blocks (ps-s and s-ps). E.g. you want to change resistance based on a voltage signal in SPS. Feed this signal to variable resistor via s-ps block of SS.

hey every body...i have also the same problem i am unable to connect my inverter voltage output to the motor block(made by me not built in block). the S-ps and PS-s converter do not work. so any body please is there any other solution?? please help me.. if there is some other alternative so please tell me...thanks

how do i use on mathlab/simulink a point on voltage wave for varing the firing angle with added resistance to reduce transformer inrush current at the energisation? thank you
