APP DESIGNER 2016a: example code available?

Hello,

I'm working with App Designer and find some of the features to be a bit confusing since it is a bit different from normal Matlab script. Does someone have a few examples I could take a look at? Almost anything will do, I'm just looking for things that showcase some of the App Designer's features.
