How to use Coarse search and fine search to find key frame in video ? How can develop set of programs in MATLAB,or has any method to be possible to carry out. Because just contacted, therefore not familiar matlab. Asks the senior to instruct.

• What is a "key frame" in a video?
• What do you want this set of programs to "carry out"?
• "Because just contacted" by who? Who contacted you to do this? Or "contracted"?
• Who are the "seniors" that need instruct, and what do they need to instruct?
