Undefined function 'im2single' for input arguments of type 'uint8'

Hi there, I am following VGG CNN practical tutorial. However when I try to convert an image to single format using im2single function it result error:

Undefined function 'im2single' for input arguments of type 'uint8'

Do you have the Image Processing Toolbox?

Yes it was a licensing issue : license activated on another workstation...
