Problem when install RTL-SDR Hardware Support Package

Good day I tried to install RTL-SDR Hardware Support Package but when I choose the package, I can't click on next. Could someone help me with please?

Hello Abdullah,

It appears that your ‘Supported packages’ section in the right side panel is disabled. This means that there is no package to install, and as a result, the ‘Next’ button is disabled.

You can click on the “Why are some rows disabled?” option at the bottom-right corner of your dialog box to find out why the package is unavailable for installation, and take suitable action.

Do you have the Communications Systems Toolbox installed? It is required for that package.

I just tried on R2016a on OS-X, with the Communications System Toolbox already installed; I had no difficulties.

I note that that support package is supported on Windows 32, Windows 64, OS-X (64 bit), and Linux (64 bit); sometimes support packages are disabled if they are not supported for on your platform.
