'PRINCIPAL COMPONENT REGRESSION' model for soil property prediction from spectrosco​pic/reflec​tance data??

I have soil reflectance values and particular soil properties of different samples. I wanted to build a 'PRINCIPAL COMPONENT REGRESSION' model to predict soil properties from reflectance data. Can anyone help me in coding the same?Do I need to divide the dataset into calibration and validation sets??
