Sateflow for control logic

Is possible to use conjunction between two charts that have shared variables for e.g variable x is the input to the state-flow chart and there is a conjunction between these charts with condition either to go to 1 or to 2, when going to 1 for example turn one mode till it reaches the point and vice versa. back to the initiale state if it goes to 2 do the same thing, but this with guard condition giving an error that expected a scalar!!! Do you have solution for that please?

How could we make a condition either to go to 1 or 2? I have variable for temperature, I want to make both cooling and heating in the same state flow but it should do cooling in the certain degree and heating in the certain degree
