misalignment of static text with popmenu in a GUI

Hello everyone,

According to the following figure, I get some error regarding the alignment of static texts with other components of GUI. Despite of their correct alignment in GUI layout (the left-hand figure), they get misalignment in the GUI window after running the code. For the position of all components, the unit 'normalized' is chosen.

I would be very grateful if you could help me to solve the problem.
