Neural Network Exporting/Code Generation & interfacing.

Hi guys,

I apologise if this has been asked before, I'm sure it has. I have searched but haven't found any answers yet. I have a trained Neural Network. I wish to use this NN outside of matlab (I want to implement it in a PLC). Do I need a seperate 'Code Generation toolbox'?

The language the PLC uses is structured text (based of Pascal). While I have read that the code generation toolbox can output code in C or C++ is that possible for NN's?

My other question is, is it possible to interface a PLC to matlab, where the PLC simply sends information to matlab for computation and then the outputs are sent back?
