Implementation in Simulink of MIMO static decoupling matrix

Dear,

I am trying to implement a static decoupling matrix of 2x2 containing complex numbers in Simulink. I have tried to implement these complex terms as gains however this implementation was unsuccessful. Does anybody have any suggesting regarding this implementation?
