Plots: Not traceable Line Plot

I like to plot a temperature profile with following code:

 plot(data.DateTime, AT)

The vector data.DateTime consists of a time series (5 min steps). The vector AT consists of the values relative to time series.

I got now a problem with plotting (see picture in attachment). There are plotted lines (marked in red square) which I cannot understand.

Does anybody know the reason and a solution to this problem?

Do the order of the data points in the vectors make sense? I assume the vector data.DataTime is not monotonically increasing (e.g., 1 2 3 4 2 4 5 6)

Thanks for replying. It is sorted monotonically increasing. I attached you the .csv file with the time series and the values.
