Please Help about HSV Skin Detection..

i have try skin color detection using HSV Color. So many tutorial i have found, but all tutorial only for special skin color. For Example Using HSV value for Asian Skin not work for Africaan skin. Also American Skin not work for Asian skin. Anyone can help me what HS Value for all human skin? Thank you
