Battery simulation without Simscape

Hello, is it possible to simulate the battery without the toolbox Simscape ? I mean using only the Simulink toolbox ?

An implementation using pure Simulink blocks of an equivalent battery RC circuit is possible based on mathematical equations. However, if more advanced electrical or multidomain simulation is required would be much easier to use Simscape Battery or Simscape Electrical.

This all makes sense. Too bad the company is too cheap to get the advanced toolkit.
