error while using genetic algorithm(ga) in optimization tool GUI!!

my simulink model consists of control of inverted pendulum using LQR and fitness function reduce the settling time and peak of the graph obtained in scope of model file. Therefore, my fitness function also contains a sim function. Whenever i try to run my fitness function in ga optimization tool GUI, i get a following error:
Optimization running.
Error running optimization.
Input argument "h" is undefined.
there is no variable or anything like "h" in my fitness function file or my model file. what can i do!

vipul - please copy and paste the full error message that you are observing. I'm surprised there isn't a reference to a line of code.
can anyone help me to write the fitness function for LQR design
