MATLAB code integration in LabView

Can I use MATALB code inside LabView without needing Matlab licenses? Will a compiled MATLAB in DLL work? Is there any other way?

Lets say I create a DLL from a MATLAB code. I can then use this DLL on another workstation which does not have MATLAB but has LabView. If the answer is yes, I think my problem is solved.
