How to use Monte Carlo simulation for error reduction in an ANN model?

I have made an ANN model using existing data sets. There are some errors in the values i get and values i require of the MSE and MAE. I want to reduce that. How to reduce the error using Monte Carlo Simulation or any other existing simulation? Steps would be preferred. Thanks.
