Multiobjective categorical variable optimization

Hello,

I would like to optimize a wavelet denoising algorithm for which I have five objectives and the decision variables (also five of them) are all categorical. All objectives should be minimized, and while more weight should be assigned to certain ones over others, I can't define the weighting in a very objective manner.

So far I have run a full factorial design to obtain values for the five responses for all variable combinations. The reponses are not at all normally distributed. Is there a function in Matlab capable of calculating the Pareto front for this problem? I was looking at the multiobjective genetic algorithm solver, but am unsure how to implement it in this case. Any help is much appreciated.
