Legend does not appear in my report with Report Explorer

Hi all,
I have a report, in the code it says that the legend should appear and I also see it while it pops up while generating. However it does not appear in the actual report. What am I doing wrong?

I used axes snapshot instead of figure snapshot! Sorry!! Greetings
