How can I estimate target velocity by pulsed doppler radar in simulink model?

I have designed a pulsed doppler radar in simulink. and i wanna estimate range and target velocity.i can calculate the range but i can't estimate target velocity. I have tried matlab examples but non of them explained this.

It's in MATLAB but the idea is the same in Simulink.
