Error while working with TI f28335 using embedded coder for PWM generation.

Hi, I am using simulink embedded coder for PWM generation with TI f28335 DSP. I am using sensors to give signal to DSP. The DSP should give PWM according to the sensed voltage. We need to give multiplication factor after ADC to work on the signal as per sensor setting. When I change sensor setting one value to another value the PWM pulse is not coming properly. I changed multiplication factor as per new sensor setting. It is giving proper PWM at one perticular sensor setting only. Please help me in resolving this error. Thanks
