Activation on cluster (error -9)

Hi, We are trying to refresh our license on our Linux cluster (CentOS 6.5, SGE queuing system, Bright Computing cluster management system). I created Network concurrent users license for head node using its mac address. The process on head node has been successful. But on compute nodes I get the following:

It includes the exact error you are getting about mis-matched host IDs.
