How do you retrieve the current solution if you stop the Genetic algorithm function?

Hello,

if you run the ga with the option to plot the cost function value, you get a nice graph of how the fitness value evolves toward convergence with a Stop and Pause Button. If I click STOP, can I retrieve the current best solution from the workspace? I'm not using the optimization tool GUI. ( It's been running for a couple of days and I don't want to lose my progress.)

I believe that if you click the Pause button you will be able to access the current state of the population, but if you click Stop you will not.
