Here's a starting point.

  plot(modeled(i,:),'k:')

  ylabel('DO(mgL^{-1})')

Thanks Mike, I have another question, can I use this type of code to generate plot like that in ANN toolbox? That means I want to plot the modelled DO measured by Neural net.
